Andrew Rudd, Managing Partner of LTW Services, LLC, is a veteran educator with over 42 years of experience in the public school system. Throughout his distinguished career, he has served in pivotal roles, including teacher, department head, curriculum specialist, principal, and director. Over the last 25 years, he has established himself as a leading instructional consultant, partnering with urban, suburban, and rural districts throughout New York to support diverse student populations, including English Language Learners and Students with Disabilities.
Andrew’s approach is both diagnostic and prescriptive. He begins every engagement with a comprehensive needs assessment to identify core challenges, then collaborates with district leaders to design and implement evidence-based action plans. His primary focus is on elevating instructional quality and fostering robust, collaborative leadership at every organizational level.

Founded in 2018, LTW Services, LLC provides expert educational consultancy across New York State. Our primary focus is driving school improvement, specifically for institutions identified by NYSED as requiring performance support. Our services include instructional and curriculum audits, strategic needs assessments, and evidence-based action planning. We specialize in leadership coaching and professional learning for teachers and principals, designed to build internal capacity for sustainable excellence.
Our methodology is rooted in the leadership framework established by Mike Schmoker in Leading with Focus (2016).
